To rent a car from Rent a Car Kapitolium you need to have 23 years old. The driver has to be entitled to drive a car for at least two years before the rental.

The driver must hold a valid driving license and identity card/passport.

The rental car can be drive only by the drive/drivers mentioned in the rental car contract. You don’t pay extra taxes for the second driver.

Payment is done on arrival for both rental and deposit.

Rent a Car Kapitolium calculates the price of the car rental depending on the period of time. From this reason Rent Car Kapitolium reserves his right to calculate again the prices for car rental. In the most often situations, Rent a Car Kapitolium doesn’t offer the reimbursement of the paid sum of money, specified in the car rental contract.

Kapitolium Rent a Car is a romanian company and all the transactions are made in RON. The prices are exposed in €. The final price of the rent a car service is calculated in € and after that it is converted in RON at the rate of exchange of the National Bank of Romania (BNR) at the day when the payment is done.
