TERMS AND AGREEMENTS

1. TERMS AND AGREEMENTS
     All the reservations and rents made by our clients are made according to our Terms and conditions. The client has the obligation to return the vehicle in good condition together with all the documents, accessories and equipments at the place and date established in the contract.

2. THE CUSTOMER’S AGE
    The customer’s minimum accepted age is 23 and he/she has to posses a valid driver’s license for at least two years. In case this condition is not satisfied we require a deposit of at least 500 € which will be paid only whwn returning the vehicle in good condition. Kapitolium reserves its right to refuse to rent a vehicle without giving any explanations.

3. THE MINIMUM RENTAL PERIOD
     One day of rental includes 24 hours. The period of rental starts and ends according to the date and time established between the parts. In case of notified delays , of less than two hours, no additional charges are perceived. In case of delays above two hours an additional charge is perceived as specified in the contract.

4. THE DELIVERY AND THE RETURN OF THE VEHICLE
     The return of the vehicle will be made at the place and date established in the contract, without any additional charges, in the City of Ploiesti/Bucharest or in its surroundings. The return can also be made in other locations from the country with the agreement of our company and for an additional charge preestablished in the contract.

5. FINES
     Any fine resulted from the incompliance to the Romanian laws will be considered as the responsibility of the customer.

6. DEPOSITS
     A deposit between 200 and 600 € is required, deposit from which any damage to the vehicle will be retained. This amount of money will be paid back at the return in good condition of the vehicle.

7. THE PAYMENT
     The payment will made in RON/EURO (in cash) at the rate of exchange from the day when the conract is signed.

8. THE FUEL
    The vehicle is delivered with a full tank, and will be returned as such.

9. THE INSURANCE
     All the vehicles have a FULL CASCO insurance.

10. JURISDICTION
     The vehicle cannot leave the territory of Romania. The contract has the value of executory title accepting in an irrevocable way the return of the good to the company. Any disputation resulting from or connected to the contract, including its validity or its defiance will be solved in the law courts.
